DAY 6 MASTER CLEANSE DIET

OMG its been a long couple of days. This video explains how the road has been so far. 

DAY 3 OF MASTER CLEANSE DIET

Yesterday was good I actually had no desire for food. @miss_subooty on the other hand wasn't feeling to well she sad she had a headache, but it was probably because she didn't want to drink the lemonade. Please understand this lemonade is type nasty a mixture of water, cayenne pepper, maple syrup and lemons.  She is feeling better now though. We're still going strong so stay tuned our goal is 10 days!!!

DAY 2 OF MASTER CLEANSE DIET

Day 1 was good @miss_subooty and I even went to the gym for hip hop class. @miss_subooty had a headache earlier in the day but she was fine after a little nap. Im actually not that hungry and I'm glad we both have each other to lean on because if I was doing this by myself ooooohhh boy!!! 

DAY 2 HERE WE GO!!!!!

DAY1 OF MASTER CLEANSE DIET

Day 1 of the Master Cleanse Diet!!!!!@miss_subooty and I are going for 10 days. This video is the introduction of our master cleanse process.  Last night we drank the Organic Smooth Move Senna Tea. Then earlier today we did our salt water flush, which is considered one of most difficult task of the diet. Now all we have to do is drink the lemonade as a supplement for food. :(
